This mixed level Buti Yoga class will workout your body and mind. A fun, high energy, experience that combines yoga, tribal & hip-hop moves, core work and plyometrics. Aside from the dynamic movements, this class will emphasize in energy flow, mental release and body mindfulness to build fire within the body.
Mixed levels class blends challenging flow with a focus on intense core work and an upbeat playlist. Practice with Balance strengthens your center from all sides -- focusing on abdominal, oblique, lower back and glutes -- this class is sure to have you feeling sore the next day!

Perfect for those newer to yoga or who want to take things a little slower. Practice with Patience focuses on breaking down postures and longer holds to create stability and safety moving in and out of poses. But don't let the name fool you -- having patience is a challenge!
Looking to take your intensity level up a notch? Practice with Strength is the class for you -- energetic and challenging flows intensified by the use of small weights, core work and sweat!
