It is the mission of The Foundation for Living Beauty to empower women to increase their physical wellness and emotional stability while coping with the taxing effects of cancer and chemotherapy.
On June 21, 2015 Rose City Yoga hosted a summer solstice festival celebrating all things yoga and community where hundreds of yogis gathered together to support The Foundation for Living Beauty.
Mothers’ Club Family Learning Center is a non-profit organization that prepares families living in isolation and poverty to succeed in school and in life through two-generation learning programs.
Rose City Yoga provides yoga classes for their health and wellness program. The goal of the yoga program at Mothers' Club is to emphasize the importance of self-care and help the women find a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Club 21 is a local Pasadena non-profit dedicated to providing the educational tools and resources that enables individuals with Down syndrome to be fully included.
Rose City Yoga began partnering with Club 21 in 2015. The Kids' yoga at Club 21 helps create the space for the kids to implement the skills they have learned at Club 21 in a group setting where they can connect with their body, connect with their peers, and discover what they are capable of.
